This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the processing of personal data of
users of the Linnaas ERP system and the Linnaas Marketplace mobile application.
1. Collected Information
We collect the following information to ensure the proper functioning of the
Platform:
Registration Information: Full name, email address, Telegram ID.
Business Information (for Sellers): Organization name, Tax Identification
Number (TIN/INN), store address, list of products and prices.
Transaction Information: Order history, delivery addresses, and contact
details for communication.
Geolocation (GPS) Information:
a) The user's geolocation may be temporarily used to determine and filter products
available for delivery to the user's location and is not stored by the system after
the filtering process is completed.
b) When a user places an order, the user’s geolocation point may be stored until the
order is delivered and may be shared with the Seller solely for the purpose of
completing the delivery.
Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, and
application usage statistics (cookies).
2. Purpose of Data Usage
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
Service Provision: Managing the ERP system and organizing trading processes
on the Marketplace.
Communication: Informing users about order status and providing technical
support.
Security: Preventing fraud and ensuring system stability.
Development: Improving application features according to user needs.
3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Linnaas does not sell user data. User information may only be disclosed to
third parties in the following cases:
Transaction Process: When a Buyer places an order, their name, phone
number, and geolocation point may be shared with the Seller for the purpose of completing
the delivery.
Legal Requirement: In response to official requests from government
authorities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Service Providers: Partners providing SMS notification services or server
infrastructure, strictly to the extent necessary for technical operation.
4. Confidentiality of Data within the ERP System
4.1. Internal business data entered into the ERP system by business users
(such as inventory levels, internal pricing, and customer databases) is considered
confidential.
4.2. “IN-SOF-DEV” LLC does not analyze or disclose such information to
third parties (including advertisers and others) without the user’s consent.
4.3. Content Monitoring: In order to ensure the security of the Linnaas
platform, the system may review listings automatically or manually. This does not involve
reading users’ private communications but is conducted solely to ensure that publicly
visible products comply with applicable laws and community standards.
5. Data Storage and Protection
We use modern encryption methods and security protocols to protect data from
unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
Users are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their
passwords and account access credentials.
6. User Rights
You have the following rights:
To edit or update your personal information.
To delete your account or request its deletion.
To opt out of receiving marketing notifications.
7. Account and Data Deletion
Users can delete their account and all associated data directly within the app
→ Profile → Delete account. Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request via our web

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ZRU-547), we retain
your data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy:
User Accounts: If you request account deletion, all personal profile data
is purged from our active databases within 30 days.
Financial Records: Pursuant to Article 88 of the Tax Code of
Uzbekistan, we are legally required to retain transaction history and payment data for a
period of 3 (three) years for tax audit purposes.
Security Logs: Technical logs are retained for 90 days to
ensure platform stability and fraud prevention.
Legal Necessity: We may retain specific data longer if required by a
court order or to defend legal claims within the 3-year statute of limitations.
9. Amendments
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified
of any changes through notifications within the application.

Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati Linnaas ERP tizimi va Marketplace mobil ilovasi
foydalanuvchilarining shaxsiy ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlash tartibini belgilaydi.
1. To‘planadigan Ma’lumotlar
Biz platformaning to‘g‘ri ishlashini ta’minlash uchun quyidagi ma’lumotlarni
to‘playmiz:
Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish ma’lumotlari: F.I.Sh., elektron pochta manzili (Email),
Telegram ID
Biznes ma’lumotlari (Sotuvchilar uchun): Tashkilot nomi, STIR (INN), do‘kon
manzili, mahsulotlar ro‘yxati va narxlari.
Tranzaksiya ma’lumotlari: Buyurtmalar tarixi, yetkazib berish manzillari va
aloqa uchun kontaktlar.
Geojoylashuv (GPS) haqidagi ma’lumotlar:
a) Foydalanuvchi manziliga yetkazib beriladigan mahsulotlarni aniqlash va filterlash
uchun foydalanuvchi geojoylashuvi ishlatiladi va tashlab yuboriladi.
b) Foydalanuvchi buyurtma berganda ham buyurtmani foydalanuvchiga yetkazib berish
uchun foydalanuvchi geojoylashuv nuqtasi buyurtma yetkazib berilguncha saqlanadi va
tadbirkorga taqdim etiladi.
Texnik ma’lumotlar: IP-manzil, qurilma turi, operatsion tizim va ilovadan
foydalanish statistikasi (cookies).
2. Ma’lumotlardan Foydalanish Maqsadi
To‘plangan ma’lumotlar quyidagi maqsadlarda ishlatiladi:
Xizmat ko‘rsatish: ERP tizimini boshqarish va Marketplace’da savdo
jarayonini tashkil etish.
Aloqa: Buyurtma holati haqida xabardor qilish va texnik ko‘mak ko‘rsatish.
Xavfsizlik: Firibgarlikning oldini olish va tizim barqarorligini
ta’minlash.
Dasturiy ta’minot: Ilova funksiyalarini foydalanuvchi talablariga mos
ravishda yaxshilash.
3. Ma’lumotlarning Uchinchi Shaxslarga Uzatilishi
Linnaas foydalanuvchi ma’lumotlarini sotmaydi. Ma’lumotlar faqat quyidagi
holatlarda uchinchi shaxslarga ko‘rinishi mumkin:
Oldi-berdi jarayonida: Xaridor buyurtma berganida, uning ismi, telefon
raqami va geojoylashuv nuqtasi Sotuvchiga yetkazib berishni amalga oshirish uchun
ko‘rsatiladi.
Qonuniy talab: Davlat organlarining rasmiy so‘roviga asosan (O‘zbekiston
Respublikasi qonunchiligi doirasida).
Xizmat provayderlari: SMS-xabarnoma yuborish yoki server xizmatlarini
ko‘rsatuvchi hamkorlar (faqat texnik zaruriyat doirasida).
4. ERP Tizimidagi Ma’lumotlar Maxfiyligi
4.1. Biznes-foydalanuvchi tomonidan ERP tizimiga kiritilgan ichki xo‘jalik
ma’lumotlari (ombor qoldig‘i, ichki narxlar, mijozlar bazasi) maxfiy hisoblanadi.
4.2. "IN-SOF-DEV" MCHJ ushbu ma’lumotlarni foydalanuvchining ruxsatisiz
tahlil qilmaydi va uchinchi shaxslarga (reklama beruvchilar va b.) oshkor etmaydi.
4.3. Kontent monitoringi: Linnaas platformasi xavfsizligini ta’minlash
maqsadida, tizim avtomatik yoki qo'lda (manual) e'lonlarni tekshirishi mumkin. Bu
foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy yozishmalarini o'qishni anglatmaydi, balki ommaviy ko'rinadigan
mahsulotlarning jamiyat axloqiga va qonunchilikka mosligini nazorat qilish uchun amalga
oshiriladi.
5. Ma’lumotlar Xavfsizligi
Biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan, o‘zgartirishdan yoki yo‘q qilinishidan
himoya qilish uchun zamonaviy shifrlash usullari va xavfsizlik protokollaridan foydalanamiz.
Foydalanuvchi o‘z paroli va profiliga kirish ma’lumotlari maxfiyligi uchun
shaxsan o'zi javobgardir.
6. Foydalanuvchi Huquqlari
Siz quyidagi huquqlarga egasiz:
Shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni tahrirlash yoki yangilash.
Hisob qaydnomangizni o‘chirish yoki o‘chirishni talab qilish (bu holda ba’zi ma’lumotlar
arxivda qonuniy muddatgacha saqlanishi mumkin).
Marketing xabarnomalarini olishni rad etish.
7. Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish
Foydalanuvchilar o‘z hisobini va barcha ma’lumotlarini ilovada → Profil →
Akkauntni o'chirish orqali o‘chirishlari mumkin. Shuningdek, web-resurs orqali o‘chirishni
so‘rash imkoniyatiga ega:
O'zbekiston Respublikasining "Shaxsga doir ma'lumotlar to'g'risida"gi Qonuniga
(O'RQ-547) muvofiq, biz sizning ma'lumotlaringizni faqat ushbu Siyosatda ko'rsatilgan
maqsadlarga erishish uchun zarur bo'lgan muddatda saqlaymiz:
Foydalanuvchi hisobi: Hisobni o'chirish haqida so'rov yuborganingizda,
barcha shaxsiy ma'lumotlar 30 kun ichida butunlay o'chiriladi.
Moliyaviy hujjatlar: O'zbekiston Respublikasi Soliq kodeksining
88-moddasiga asosan, tranzaksiyalar tarixi va to'lov ma'lumotlari soliq auditi maqsadlari
uchun 3 (uch) yil davomida saqlanadi.
Xavfsizlik jurnallari: Platforma barqarorligini ta'minlash uchun texnik
jurnallar (loglar) 90 kun davomida saqlanadi.
Huquqiy zaruriyat: Da'vo muddati (3 yil) doirasida huquqiy himoya yoki sud
qarorlarini bajarish uchun ayrim ma'lumotlar uzoqroq saqlanishi mumkin.
9. O‘zgarishlar
Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilanishi mumkin. O‘zgarishlar
haqida ilova ichidagi bildirishnoma orqali xabar beriladi.
