Terms of Use

2.1. Free Access

The Company provides Business Users with access to the ERP system and Marketplace features free of charge.

2.2. Buyer–Seller Relationship

Linnaas is not a party to any transaction concluded between a Seller and a Buyer. All commercial relations, including the sale and purchase of goods or services, arise directly between the Seller and the Buyer.

2.3. Payments

The Linnaas Platform does not process or facilitate monetary transfers. All payments shall be made directly between the parties after delivery of the order, or otherwise in accordance with their mutual agreement, including by cash, POS terminal, or peer-to-peer (P2P) transfer.

2.4. Delivery

The Seller bears full responsibility for the delivery of products offered for sale to the Buyer. The Company does not provide logistics or delivery services.

3.1. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Linnaas ERP and Marketplace software, including the source code, design, interface, and trademark, are the exclusive property of IN-SOF-DEV LLC.

3.2. License Grant

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software solely for the User’s internal business or personal purposes, as applicable.

3.3. Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• leasing, sublicensing, renting out, or selling the software to third parties for a fee;
• reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the software or its code;
• bypassing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with the technical protection measures of the system.

4.1. Seller Obligations

The Seller shall:

• ensure the accuracy of all information stated in listings, including price, quality, and availability;
• fulfill orders in a timely and safe manner;
• comply with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan On Protection of Consumer Rights and other applicable laws.

4.2. Company Obligations

The Company shall:

• take reasonable technical measures to ensure the stable operation of the Platform;
• process and store user data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.1. Products Harmful to Health

• alcohol and tobacco products, including all types of electronic cigarettes and nicotine-containing products;
• narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their precursors;
• potent medicinal products and dietary supplements that may not lawfully be sold without proper authorization or prescription.

5.2. Immoral or Socially Harmful Content

• goods or services of a pornographic or erotic nature;
• materials promoting cruelty, violence, or inhumane acts;
• gambling, games of chance, and services related to their organization or promotion.

5.3. Dangerous or Illegal Items

• weapons, ammunition, explosive substances, and pyrotechnic materials;
• stolen property or property obtained through unlawful means;
• forged identity documents, official documents, and state awards or decorations.

5.4. Threats to Social and Political Security

• materials inciting religious, racial, or ethnic hatred;
• symbols, propaganda, or materials related to extremist or terrorist organizations.

5.5. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to:

• remove, without prior notice, any listing that is found to violate these Terms;
• permanently suspend or block the account of any organization or user that repeatedly violates these Terms, including revoking access to the ERP system;
• disclose relevant information to competent law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or where a listed product or activity appears to violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.1. The core functions of the Platform are free of charge. Increasing the visibility of listings (Top, VIP, Banner) is optional and provided on a paid basis.

6.2. Payments for paid services are non-refundable, except in cases where the service was not provided due to a system error.

7.1. Responsibility for Transactions:

The Company assumes no responsibility for the quality of goods, delivery time, or the execution of payments related to transactions conducted on the Platform.

7.2. Data Security:

The responsibility for creating backup copies of data stored in the ERP system rests with the User. The Company makes maximum technical efforts to ensure data preservation within the scope of the free ERP service; however, it shall not be liable for any data loss caused by unforeseen technical failures.

7.3. Temporary Interruptions:

The service may be limited during technical maintenance periods (usually from 22:00 to 06:00).
